Hello again, I have been gone a long time. Drifting away from life as a student into life as ... well.. lost. I still have all the same fears and doubts as I did in college. Got a job that kept me busy for the last two years and busy keeping my new marriage together as our jobs kept us apart during the week. Art has taken a back seat but never completely dismissed from my life. Recent changes have allowed me to finally live with my husband full time and get back in my studio. Trying to rediscover my direction as an artist and find ways to make a living as an artist today are both challenging. But nothing worth doing is easy and I am forever hopeful for my outcome.

I saw the Lesley Dill exhibit in St Pete on Wednesday, and loved it! I found her work beautiful and inspiring. I liked her style, color, and material choices. It allowed me to expand my thoughts of photography into sculptural ideas which may be a better way for me to express my ideas.
